Principal Technology Consultant IT

The Principal SAP Technical Consultant is responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP technologies, architecture, and best practices. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP technical development, architecture, and a successful track record of project delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and implementation of SAP solutions to align with business requirements and industry best practices. - Develop and maintain SAP architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices. - Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and functional & development teams to define and deliver project scope and objectives. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to SAP development teams. - Conduct technical assessments and evaluations of SAP solutions, technologies, and integration patterns. - Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of SAP systems. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP systems. - Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies, trends, and recommend improvements. - Mentor and train junior SAP technical developers. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP technical architecture and development. - Extensive knowledge of SAP technologies, including SAP HANA, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and SAP Cloud Platform. - Strong understanding of SAP integration, data migration, and system upgrades. - Proven experience in leading SAP projects and teams. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Skills: - Full stack development knowledge: Advance ABAP, RAP, CAPM, FIORI, UI5, Integration, BTP. - SAP certification(s) in relevant areas. - Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies. - Knowledge of industry-specific SAP solutions. - Knowledge of managing SAP workloads on Azure hyperscaler.
