Job Description

As a member of Schneider Electric energy management R&D Center in India, your primary responsibility is to design, implement, and deliver high-quality software that promotes the selling of Schneider Electric products, solutions, and services. - Showcase exceptional leadership qualities, technical expertise, design, and architecture skills to guide the team in devising optimal solutions for business challenges - Simplify complex technical challenges and requirements into actionable decisions - Lead the technical team to steer the strategic agenda for product and platform development - Collaborate with Software Architect, Engineering Manager, Product Owner, and the Development team - Plan delivery, define milestones, prioritize initiatives, and ensure proper resource allocation - Identify risks within projects, devise action plans to mitigate them, and escalate risks to relevant stakeholders - Collaborate with Development, Quality Assurance, and DevOps teams to comprehend build, release, branching, and versioning requirements - Ensure a conscious level of cybersecurity throughout the development process This role requires you to primarily engage in coding activities for at least 75% of your time. A solid grasp of modern application patterns and deployment methods is essential. Proficiency in Java, Angular, Spring (ORM, Security, MVC, AOP), Azure services like service bus and event grid, building data-intensive applications using SQL/NoSQL DBs, microservices-based application integrations, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) using Git, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps is necessary. Your qualifications should include a BE/B.Tech/MCA degree in any branch, and your work environment will be based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Your commitment to a full-time schedule is expected to fulfill the requirements of this role effectively.,
