Your expertise in solving complex technical challenges and building enterprise-grade systems will drive business innovation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for the core systems and platform capabilities. - Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, and Business teams to modernize foundational services for reliability, scalability, and extensibility. - Develop shared services and APIs to facilitate faster delivery across multiple product verticals. - Drive platform standardization and interoperability to reduce fragmentation and technical debt. - Utilize data-driven insights for prioritization and to measure platform efficiency, uptime, and adoption. - Lead cross-functional alignment to ensure platform investments align with long-term business goals and technology strategy. - Mentor product peers and cultivate a product culture focused on platform thinking and operational excellence. **Qualifications:** - 10+ years of Product Management experience, with a minimum of 5 years dedicated to platforms, core systems, or enterprise architecture. - Strong technical background with experience in APIs, microservices, cloud infrastructure, and integration frameworks. - Demonstrated success in building and scaling platforms serving multiple business domains or product lines. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills spanning technical and business audiences. - Passion for system design, reusability, and long-term scalability.
