Principal Engineer Fullstack

Role Overview: As a Principal Engineer Fullstack at Crimson Enago, you will actively lead a team of young talented web developers, setting top-class engineering examples. You will take major responsibility for end-to-end project development and delivery in collaboration with the Engineering Manager (EM), other Principal Engineer (PE), SDE-3 leads, and Technical Project Manager (TPM). Your primary focus will be coding, accounting for 85-90% of your daily activities. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and guide a team of web developers, providing top-class engineering examples - Take major responsibility for end-to-end project development and delivery - Collaborate with the Engineering Manager, Principal Engineers, SDE-3 leads, and Technical Project Manager - Assist in hiring and training the team - Code 85-90% of the time Qualifications Required: - 7 years of enterprise frontend-full-stack web experience, particularly with AngularJS-Java-AWS stack - Excellent research skills for framing technical solutions - Experience in unit and integration testing, promoting extensive test coverage and automation - Design and conduct high-quality code review processes - Strong software design pattern knowledge - Ability to design optimized scalable solutions - Proficient in breaking down complex problems into small tasks for incremental delivery - Review and optimize technical approaches within the team - Estimate project efforts accurately and ensure effective communication within the team - Work with Solution Architect and senior developers to optimize cloud infrastructure - Familiarity with best practices of project deployment - Experience with AWS technologies such as Lambda functions, SQS, SNS, RDS, DynamoDB - Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, CSS processors, and frameworks - Prior experience with relational and document databases, CI/CD - Pixel-perfectionist with a focus on frontend team development - Strong understanding of developer tooling and workflows - Prior experience in testing, monitoring, and observability - Collaborative team player with a passion for delivering customer value - Proficiency in profiling and impact analysis for written code - Root Cause Analysis (RCA) enthusiast - Experience with Elasticsearch server cluster optimization and Apache Spark/Ray is an added advantage.,
