Principal Engineer Fullstack (AngularJs-Java)

In your role as a Principal Engineer Fullstack at Trinka, you will be actively leading and setting top-class engineering examples for a team of young talented web developers. Your main responsibility will be overseeing end-to-end project development and delivery in collaboration with the Engineering Manager, other Principal Engineers, SDE-3 leads, and Technical Project Manager. Additionally, you will play a key role in hiring and training the team. A significant part of your daily routine will involve coding, accounting for 85-90 PERCENT of your time. To excel in this position, you should possess 7 years of enterprise frontend-full-stack web experience, particularly with the AngularJS-Java-AWS stack. Some key qualities we are looking for in you include: - Excellent research skills to devise technical solutions for complex business issues. - Proficiency in unit and integration testing, with a strong emphasis on test coverage and automation. - Ability to design and conduct a high-quality code review process and maintain performant, testable code following robust software design patterns. - Aptitude for foreseeing and creating optimized scalable solutions. - Skill in breaking down intricate problems into manageable tasks for incremental value delivery. - Capability to review and optimize technical approaches. - Dedication to estimating project efforts accurately and fostering clear communication within the team. - Expertise in optimizing and maintaining cloud infrastructure and associated costs within AWS. - Familiarity with best practices for project deployment and the ability to educate the team on these practices. In terms of experience, you should have: - 4 years of proven experience in architecting cost-efficient, robust, and highly scalable solutions. - 7 years of proven frontend-full-stack experience with AngularJS-Java. - Extensive work with backend technologies such as Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB, and CI/CD. - Strong experience with AWS technologies like Lambda functions, SQS, SNS, RDS, DynamoDB, etc. - 7 years of experience with HTML5, CSS3, CSS processors, CSS frameworks, and CDN setup and optimization. - Passion for creating a strong frontend team and meticulous attention to detail. - Strong background in developer tooling and workflows, prioritizing testing, monitoring, and observability. - Experience in high-impact projects and a collaborative team-oriented approach. - Proficiency in profiling and impact analysis for code, along with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) skills. Having experience with Elasticsearch server cluster optimization and Apache Spark/Ray would be an added advantage.,
