Principal Digital Engineer (ReactJs)

As a Front-End Developer at our organization, you will play a crucial role in building a dynamic and responsive user interface for our one technology platform. Your responsibilities will include contributing to the development of UI experiences, managing your team's work across multiple projects, coaching and mentoring other Front-End Developers, and leading code/design reviews on new and existing projects. You will be involved in building functionality for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices, working on multiple projects simultaneously at various stages of the development lifecycle, and overseeing optimization, refactoring of code, and bug fixing in existing projects. Additionally, conducting peer reviews on new and existing projects will be a part of your regular tasks. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Advanced Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. We are looking for candidates with 12+ years of experience in Front-end development, along with expertise in working with GIS technologies such as Esri/ArcGIS libraries and React. Proficiency in modern HTML, CSS, JavaScript (specifically using TypeScript), JavaScript, TypeScript, Redux, testing frameworks, SCSS, RESTful APIs, and other related technologies is essential. Preferred qualifications include experience with CI/CD, knowledge of Object-Oriented design, security management, caching techniques, cloud technologies, creating and managing NPM packages, working in Agile teams, integration testing, and contributing to the architecture/design of applications.
