It is essential for Principal Consultants to develop and support the closure of sales opportunities through their consulting expertise and client relationships while achieving high personal billability. Your responsibilities include: Consulting Execution: - Serve as an Ambassador for Wipro's tenets and values - Act as a Consulting Project Manager, leading teams of consultants and ensuring quality in deliverables - Demonstrate client focus and determination in solving client issues and meeting objectives - Manage work stream budgets and quality assurance - Build trust with senior clients and receive positive feedback - Display decisive and directive delivery focus with a can-do attitude Business Development: - Achieve high levels of individual utilization in line with goals - Identify and convert leads into opportunities and proposals - Establish and maintain relationships with client contacts at buying level - Participate in sales meetings and lead proposal development - Contribute to opportunity identification and pursuit efforts Thought Leadership: - Develop insights into industry and technology trends - Share insights within the practice and contribute to thought leadership - Ensure track record of assignments and their use in sales Contribution to Practice/Wipro: - Deliver all administrative tasks in a timely manner - Contribute to internal initiatives and leverage knowledge assets - Propose new service offerings and capabilities - Coach and mentor junior consultants - Drive engagement with other consulting and delivery teams - Identify and follow through on innovation and thought leadership opportunities Strategic Objectives: - Deliver growth in consulting revenues and support business performance - Lead end-to-end sales cycles and improve quality of consulting - Generate impact for Wipro through front-end consulting engagements - Elevate Wipro's market positioning through thought leadership - Provide consulting leadership to accounts and grow client relationships Mandatory Skills: Utilities Domain Experience: 8-10 Years Join Wipro to reinvent your world and be part of a modern, end-to-end digital transformation partner.
