Principal Associate - Patents - Drafting Role

As a Patent Attorney, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Drafting and prosecuting patents for both US and India applications within the software and electronics domains. - Conducting hearings and examiner interviews with the Patent Office. - Identifying patentable ideas through Invention Mining. - Providing training to junior staff members on patent drafting skills. - Drafting claims and mapping them effectively. - Building and maintaining strong client relationships. - Engaging in client calls to address any queries or concerns. - Managing and developing the intellectual property portfolio. Qualifications required for this role: - 5 to 8 years of experience in patent drafting and prosecution. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related fields. Additionally, the salary range for this position is between 15 lpa to 22 lpa with performance-based yearly incentives.,
