Roles & Responsibilities Your goal is to ensure every customer has a 5-star experience with Right Parking. Real-time Support: Assist users via calls, chat, and email regarding parking queries, navigation, and payment issues. Conflict Resolution: Calmly and effectively handle on-ground parking disputes or technical glitches at our smart-parking sites. Liaising with Operations: Work closely with our field teams to ensure great customer experience. Customer Feedback Loop: Capture user pain points and share them directly with management team to help us build a better parking ecosystem. Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions and escalate technical bugs to the right departments. The Ideal Candidate (Preferred candidate profile) We are looking for a "People Person" who can navigate high-pressure situations with a smile. The Language Powerhouse: You must be fluent (spoken and written) in Kannada, English, and Hindi . Our users are diverse, and being able to switch between these languages comfortably is critical. Communication Skills: Clear, concise, and polite. You should be able to explain features in simple terms. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, Google Suite, and navigating smartphone apps. Empathy: You genuinely care about helping a frustrated driver find a spot or subscribe to subscriptions or get a refund. Adaptability: We are a startup!
