Issue Resolution: Address applicants' queries and concerns promptly, resolving any loan-related issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Minimum 1+ year of experience in Home Loan and Mortgage operations. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders. Proficiency in analyzing financial data and interpreting complex loan documents. Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and compliance. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing the Home Loan and Mortgage industry.
