Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Nurse Midwife (GNM) located in Ranchi. The GNM will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients, including administering medications, monitoring patient health, conducting medical procedures, and collaborating with doctors and other healthcare professionals. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate patient records, educating patients and their families on health issues, and ensuring adherence to hospital protocols and standards. Qualifications \n Nursing and Midwifery Skills: Proficiency in administering medications, conducting medical procedures, and providing midwifery care Patient Care and Monitoring: Ability to monitor patient health, detect changes, and provide appropriate interventions Collaboration and Communication: Effective communication with doctors, patients, and team members, and ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team Record-Keeping and Compliance: Skilled in maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring adherence to hospital protocols Compassionate and Patient-Centered Approach: Demonstrated ability to deliver compassionate care and educate patients and families Relevant Qualifications: Diploma or degree in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM), and valid nursing license Experience: Previous experience in a hospital setting is beneficial
