✅ Key Responsibilities:
1 .Lesson Planning & Teaching:
Prepare and deliver daily lessons for all core subjects as per the syllabus.
Use creative teaching methods to make learning interesting and engaging.
Focus on improving students’ reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills in English.
2. Student Support:
Observe, assess, and monitor each child’s progress.
Provide additional support to students with learning difficulties.
Encourage discipline, good habits, and moral values.
3. Classroom Management:
Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Ensure classroom safety, cleanliness, and decorum.
Organize classroom resources, displays, and student work.
4. Assessment & Records:
Conduct regular tests, quizzes, and assignments.
Maintain accurate student records, report cards, and attendance.
Share progress reports with parents on time.
5. Parent Interaction:
Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child’s academic and personal development.
Attend parent-teacher meetings, orientations, and school functions.
6. School Activities:
Participate actively in school events, celebrations, competitions, and workshops.
Attend staff meetings and training programs.
