Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Montessori-trained Primary Teacher, B.Ed / M.Ed / D.El.Ed is to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing, child-centered environment that promotes independence, curiosity, and a love of learning in alignment with Montessori philosophy for children aged 3–6 years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain a well-organized, clean, and stimulating Montessori classroom environment.
• Guide students in a range of Montessori materials and activities, supporting their developmental needs.
• Observe each child’s progress and prepare individual learning plans as needed.
• Foster independence, self-discipline, and a respectful classroom culture.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and classroom updates.
• Collaborate with other staff and participate in school events, workshops, and staff meetings.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all students at all times.

Qualifications:

• Montessori-trained Primary Teacher, B.Ed / M.Ed / D.El Ed
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience teaching children aged 3–6 and primary sections, especially Classes 1 to 4 in a Montessori / Primary environment, is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of Montessori principles and child development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, compassionate, and enthusiastic about early childhood education.
