As an Instructor Analyst at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in facilitating new hire training with a high level of engagement with the Operations Team. Your responsibilities will include following objectives and client standards for job readiness goals, facilitating on-floor training to bridge product knowledge and skill gaps, and undertaking projects to enhance training processes. You will be expected to identify root causes for business-related issues and provide recommendations to improve client satisfaction. In this role, you will own the training processes with a high level of accountability, considering both internal and external stakeholders. You will participate in Process Calibration sessions with Clients and Cross Vendors and continuously develop and maintain your product knowledge, industry knowledge, and professional skills through on-the-job and classroom training. It is essential to stay updated with product and process updates and approach problem-solving with a data-centric mindset. To excel in this position, you should have expertise in designing, developing, and delivering effective training programs. Your mastery of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies will be crucial in conveying complex information in a clear and understandable manner. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for delivering engaging training sessions, and active listening skills will help address trainees" questions and concerns effectively. You will be responsible for delivering dynamic and interactive presentations that keep trainees engaged, utilizing visual aids and technology to enhance training delivery. Strong interpersonal skills are required to establish rapport and build positive relationships with trainees, demonstrating empathy and patience to address diverse learning styles and individual needs. Providing constructive feedback to trainees and assessing their progress to adjust training strategies as needed are integral parts of this role. As an Instructor Analyst, you will analyze and solve lower-complexity problems, primarily interacting with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors. While you may have limited exposure to clients and Accenture management, your decisions will impact your own work and potentially the work of others. You will receive moderate-level instructions on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments, contributing as an individual part of a team with a focused scope of work. Key responsibilities will include managing training batches, leading training projects, delivering process/product/policy training, and identifying and assessing training needs to improve team performance. You will lead all Process RCA, track and report training activities, and participate in policy briefings to ensure consistency with cultural, socio, geographical, and political conditions. Additionally, you will collaborate with the business team to achieve top performance through group coaching and training initiatives. Cultural sensitivity, resilience, adaptability, and technology/functional proficiency are essential attributes for success in this role.
