About the job: Job details: 1. Required candidate: Freshers 2. CTC - 18000/month 3. Location: Goregaon, Mumbai (no relocation) 4. Shift timings: 7 PM to 4 AM Role summary: To produce quality documents efficiently and effectively as a team member working within the client operations Key responsibilities: 1. Be part of the team creating PowerPoint presentations, Word, and Excel templates for global clients 2. Create high-quality presentation templates from scratch 3. Design slides from handwritten, scanned, or PDF documents using creativity 4. Format raw presentations according to client-standard templates 5. Independently manage and deliver end-to-end projects with minimal supervision 6. Maintain a self-quality checklist and produce error-free outputs 7. Knowledge of CorelDRAW, InDesign, or similar tools is desirable but not mandatory Required skills and abilities: 1. Positive attitude and attention to detail 2. Strong time management and organizational skills 3. Good verbal and written English communication 4. Ownership of responsibilities with a professional problem-solving approach 5. Sound decision-making skills and the ability to work independently 6. Willingness to work on rotating and weekend shifts 7. Adaptability to process changes Education and experience: 1. Any graduate (excluding law graduates), preferably with certifications in presentation, graphics, or production 2. 0-3 years of relevant experience with MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) 3.
