Presentation Designer - Specialist (Healthcare)

As a Specialist Presentation Designer (Healthcare) at Annalect India, you will play a pivotal role in driving and translating creative and contemporary ideas into impactful designs. You will be responsible for designing and deploying creative campaigns for global clients, including Fortune 50 companies. Your responsibilities will include: - Effectively communicating complicated ideas in visually compelling ways. - Having a deep understanding of healthcare and pharmaceutical brand advertising and marketing. - Developing creatives for global healthcare and pharmaceutical brands. - Producing creative layouts and designs for marketing collateral, proposals, and client deliverables. - Collaborating with senior design leadership to shape visual narratives. - Transforming complex information into persuasive, elegant, and brand-aligned presentations. - Producing creative, impactful, and interactive presentation designs. - Conceptualizing and storyboarding, managing projects from start to finish. - Visualizing and creating stunning infographics based on shared data. - Formatting presentations as per client templates and brand guidelines. - Designing slides based on various document formats and applying creativity. - Developing user-friendly presentation templates from scratch. - Delivering projects end-to-end with high attention to detail. - Understanding presentation design principles for different versions. - Participating in team huddles, initiatives, and activities. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor of Fine Arts or similar qualification. - Proficiency in PowerPoint design and animation. - Skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. - Strong typography and layout design skills. - Experience in managing high-volume requests. - Good verbal and written communication skills. If you have: - 8+ years of experience as a Specialist Presentation and Graphic Designer. - Solid graphic design skills with attention to detail. - Ability to define project scope, negotiate deadlines, and create timescales. - Experience in adhering to brand standards and accessibility guidelines. - Confidence, flexibility, and adaptability as a team player. - Excellent customer service approach and communication skills. - High standards of integrity, professionalism, and ethics.
