Job Description

Edify Education is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Preschool Operations Manager to oversee and manage the operations of multiple preschools across India. The ideal candidate should have strong operational skills, leadership abilities, and experience in managing preschool or early childhood education centres.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the day-to-day operations of multiple preschools across India.
• Ensure standard operating procedures, policies, and quality standards are implemented across all centres.
• Coordinate with centre heads and school teams to ensure smooth functioning.
• Monitor staff performance, operational efficiency, infrastructure, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Conduct regular centre visits and operational audits as required.
• Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Support new preschool centre launches, process improvements, and operational planning.
• Prepare operational reports, track performance metrics, and update senior management.
• Coordinate with academic, HR, admissions, and other departments to achieve organisational goals.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in preschool operations, school operations, or multi-location operations.
• Experience managing multiple centres or branches will be preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel across India as required.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and operational documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

A proactive professional with hands-on experience in preschool or education operations, capable of managing multiple centres, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring consistent standards across locations.

Work Location: Edify Education Corporate Office, Kompally, Hyderabad.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
