About the Role

• Engage with prospective customers through calls, virtual meetings, and in-person interactions.
• Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions aligned with their needs.
• Conduct detailed customer profiling and needs analysis to improve conversion effectiveness.
• Support the sales team in managing high-potential leads and driving customer engagement.
• Develop customer-centric pitches, presentations, and communication strategies.
• Analyze customer interactions, conversion trends, and sales performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to enhance the customer journey.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in CRM systems.
• Monitor market trends and customer preferences to provide actionable insights.
• Drive initiatives to improve lead quality, customer experience, and overall sales productivity.

Desired Candidate Profile

• MBA from a Tier-1 B-School.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Business Development, Customer Acquisition, Sales Strategy, Growth, Revenue, or Customer Engagement roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong commercial acumen.
