The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying client needs, assisting with property searches, showcasing properties, and facilitating successful transactions. Daily tasks include maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, negotiating deals, and creating tailored real estate solutions. Being an integral part of the sales team, the role requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market trends and properties. Qualifications Strong communication, client relationship management, and interpersonal skills Sales, negotiation, and customer service experience Market research and analysis skills for understanding real estate trends Proficiency in organizational, problem-solving, and time management capabilities Knowledge of the real estate market in Indore is an advantage Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools A self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset Prior experience in real estate sales or a related field is a plus
