Zorba Estates is a Bengaluru-based real estate company working with buyers, sellers, property owners, and businesses to help them find suitable residential and commercial properties.

Job Role

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Executive who can communicate with clients, understand their property requirements, and connect them with the right team. The role mainly involves telecalling, requirement gathering, property matching, and regular follow-ups.

The candidate will speak with clients who are looking to buy, sell, or rent properties, understand their expectations, and share the relevant details with our residential or commercial team. Good communication, timely follow-ups, and proper coordination are important for this role.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Call clients and understand their requirements for buying, selling, or renting properties.
• Gather information about their budget, preferred location, property type, and other preferences.
• Check available property options based on client requirements.
• Share suitable property details with clients whenever relevant options are available.
• Forward client requirements and contact details to the respective residential or commercial team.
• Follow up with clients to understand their interest and any changes in their requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper communication and timely updates.
• Maintain client details, call records, and follow-up information.
• Update client status and ensure that potential leads are passed to the concerned team.
• Build good relationships with clients through professional communication and regular follow-ups.

Requirements

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in pre-sales, telecalling, customer service, or real estate.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
• Good telephone communication and listening skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and the ability to maintain client records.
• Willingness to learn about residential and commercial properties.
• Kannada language skills will be an added advantage.

Salary and Incentives

Salary ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹35,000 per month, depending on relevant experience, skills, and interview performance. Performance-based incentives will be provided in addition to the fixed salary.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
