Pre-Sales Telecaller

We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Pre-Sales Telecaller to reconnect with leads disqualified during initial Quality/CX screening and identify opportunities to convert them into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Call disqualified leads to validate the reasons for disqualification and understand customer concerns.
• Identify what needs to change for Lifeasy Interior to become their preferred interior design and execution partner.
• Explore workable solutions and assess the potential for lead reactivation.
• Coordinate with Sales, Quality and CX teams to address concerns and enable next steps.
• Maintain call records, disqualification reasons, follow-ups and lead outcomes.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication, listening and persuasion skills.
• A solution-oriented approach with persistence and professional follow-up.
• Ability to identify opportunities through meaningful customer conversations.
• Telecalling or pre-sales experience preferred.

Location: Noida

Pay: ₹8,800.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
