Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Outbound and inbound calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective leads, providing information about BrightChamps EdTech Platform's demo classes. Handle inbound calls from individuals interested in our demo classes, addressing queries, and providing relevant details. Lead Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with potential customers through effective communication. Guide leads through the enrollment process, ensuring a seamless experience. Demo Class Coordination : Schedule and coordinate demo classes for interested leads, aligning with their preferences and availability. Documentation : Maintain accurate and detailed records of lead interactions and progress through our CRM system. Document feedback and any special requirements expressed by leads during the onboarding process. Collaboration : Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion and customer satisfaction. Provide insights and feedback from lead interactions to improve our processes. Qualifications and skills: Fluency in English (both written and spoken). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail. Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills. Shift details - 6 days working, 1 day rotational off Shift timings - Night shift (10 PM to 7 AM) Location: WFO (HSR Layout, Banglore)Interview type - 1 audio video virtual interview rounds
