As a Sales Recruiter, your key responsibilities will be : Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates, including job postings, social media outreach, and networking events. Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting, sourcing, and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and finalising offers for tech and non tech positions. Screening and Interviewing: Review applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates qualifications and fit for the organisations culture and values. Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs, ensuring the company has quick access to top talent. Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define roles, and develop strategic recruitment plans. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback. Diversity and Inclusion: Promote and implement strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates, ensuring equitable hiring practices. Data and Reporting: Maintain recruitment data and track key metrics (e.g., time to hire, quality of hire, etc.) to improve the hiring process continually. Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation. Market Research: Stay informed about trends in recruitment and competitor practices to enhance the organisations recruitment efforts. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide reports on hiring metrics to management. To win, you will need: Education: Bachelors degree in BTech/BCA, Human Resources, Education, or a related field. Experience with online recruitment tools and job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.). Skills: Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple hiring needs and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. Ability to work independently while being a team player. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders. Previous experience recruiting sales executives, especially in an online education or EdTech company. Strong networking skills and a talent for building long-term relationships with candidates. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms. Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Benefits: Competitive salary - 25,000-30,000 per month
