To maintain our high standards, we are seeking a skilled HR Recruiter with expertise in hiring teachers for the US market. Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in recruiting teachers for the US market. This role requires excellent communication skills, knowledge of US hiring practices, and the ability to source, screen, and onboard top teaching talent. Key Responsibilities: • End-to-end recruitment of teachers for the US market, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top teaching talent. • Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media. • Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. • Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process. • Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems. • Stay up to date with US hiring trends, compliance, and best practices in teacher recruitment. • Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and workforce planning. • Assist in employer branding initiatives to strengthen BrightChamps position as an employer of choice. Requirements: • Minimum 6 months of experience in US teacher recruitment, preferably in an EdTech or education-based organization. • Strong understanding of US hiring policies, visa requirements, and compliance. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring pipelines. • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
