Job Title: Pre-Sales Executive – Academy
Experience: 6 Months to 2 Years
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days
Budget: Upto 3 LPA
Job Summary: We are looking for a Pre-Sales Executive to connect with prospective students, explain academy courses, generate leads, and support student enrolments.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Make outbound calls and respond to course enquiries.
· Explain course details, fees, duration, and career opportunities.
· Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads.
· Schedule counselling sessions and demos.
· Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into enrolments.
· Maintain lead details and follow-up records.
· Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.
Required Skills:
· 6 months or more experience in pre-sales, telecalling, lead generation, or inside sales.
· Good communication and convincing skills.
· Strong follow-up and customer-handling abilities.
· Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
