Pre-Primary Teacher

Looking for the Pre primary teachers who meet or exceed certain academic and professional criteria to ensure high-quality education for young children

1. Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Education (B.Ed.)
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education (D.E.C.Ed.)
• Higher Secondary Education (12th Grade) with a Specialization in Early Childhood Care:

2. Certifications:

• First Aid and Child Safety Training
• Montessori or Waldorf Certification (Optional)
• Previous Teaching Experience: Should Have Minimum 2 years experience in teaching young children (age 3-6) in a recognized preschool program.
• Internships/Volunteering

4. Skills:

• Child Development Knowledge: A strong understanding of child development, including cognitive, emotional, and physical milestones, is crucial for pre-primary teachers.
• Creativity and Adaptability: Pre-primary teachers are expected to be creative in their approach to learning and adaptable to the varying needs and learning styles of young children.
• Communication Skills: Teachers must be able to communicate effectively with both children and parents, as well as other school staff.
• Patience and Emotional Intelligence: Since pre-primary children are still developing emotional and social skills, teachers need high levels of patience, empathy, and emotional intelligence.

• Positive Attitude and Enthusiasm: Pre-primary teachers are expected to foster a positive learning environment, so they should be energetic, motivated, and passionate about teaching young children.
