Pre-Primary Teacher

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and nurturing female Pre-Primary Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The teacher will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and cognitive development of young children (ages 2-6 years).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities in alignment with the school’s curriculum.
• Foster a warm and welcoming classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity, creativity, and independence.
• Observe and assess each child’s development and maintain accurate progress records.
• Encourage social interactions and support emotional well-being of students.
• Ensure classroom safety, hygiene, and discipline at all times.
• Create and maintain communication with parents through meetings, reports, and updates.
• Collaborate with other staff members for events, celebrations, and school-wide activities.
• Participate in professional development workshops and training sessions.
• Maintain classroom decor and learning resources, updating regularly.
• Support the transition and settling process for new admissions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.Ed or preferably in Early Childhood Education / Child Psychology / Education)
• Montessori / Nursery Teacher Training / ECCEd certification is preferred
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant teaching experience
• Freshers with passion for early years may also apply (based on school policy)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

• Day shift

Work Location: In person
