Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pre-Primary Teacher to join our early childhood education team in Nanded. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in child development, excellent communication skills, and a creative, nurturing approach to teaching young learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons in line with the curriculum (play-based and activity-oriented).
• Foster a safe, warm, and stimulating environment that supports each child’s growth and development.
• Conduct daily circle time, storytelling, art, music, and movement activities.
• Maintain classroom discipline and establish routines that promote self-regulation and independence.
• Observe and assess students’ development and maintain records of their progress.
• Communicate effectively with parents through meetings and regular updates.
• Decorate and organize the classroom to create an engaging and visually appealing learning space.
• Ensure the safety and hygiene of children at all times.
• Coordinate with fellow teachers and support staff to ensure smooth functioning of daily school activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Educational Qualification: ECCEd / NTT certification (mandatory)
• Experience: 2 to 5 years in a pre-primary or nursery teaching role
• Strong command of English and regional language (Marathi or Hindi)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills
• Passion for teaching and working with young children
• Creativity in planning interactive and hands-on activities
• Patience, empathy, and an enthusiastic attitude
