Job Description

The ideal candidate for the Primary (PRT) role, handling Grades I to V, should possess a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the relevant curriculum. A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% marks is mandatory for this position. Key requirements for this role include having prior experience with the CBSE/Cambridge curricula, excellent communication skills, and the ability to plan and execute lessons in line with the curriculum. The candidate should also be adept at engaging with parents to discuss the holistic growth and development of students, as well as maintaining positive relationships with colleagues. Strong subject knowledge and fluency in English are essential for this position. Candidates with a B.Ed. or CTET certification are preferred, however, exceptional individuals may be considered even without these qualifications. The ideal candidate should be a female within 45 years of age.
