Job Description:

We are looking for a caring, creative, and energetic Nursery Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about working with young children and have the skills to create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for learners aged 3 to 5 years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote overall development—cognitive, emotional, physical, and social.
• Introduce early literacy, numeracy, motor skills, and creative expression through play-based and activity-oriented learning.
• Maintain a warm, safe, and welcoming classroom atmosphere.
• Monitor and document students’ progress and behavior, and maintain records.
• Develop creative teaching materials and learning resources.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
• Conduct parent-teacher meetings and share student development updates.
• Follow the school’s curriculum, routines, and safety procedures.
• Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and school functions.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education / NTT / D.El.Ed / B.Ed (preferred).
• FRESHERS / Proven experience of 1–3 years as a nursery or kindergarten teacher (preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication and storytelling skills.
• Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for working with young children.
• Creative, energetic, and organized approach to teaching.
• Basic computer skills and ability to integrate technology in classroom activities.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of phonics, rhymes, and early learning methodologies.
• Familiarity with Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or play-way learning approaches.
• Ability to design engaging classroom displays and creative projects.
• Strong classroom management and observation skills.
