Office Administration: [Female] Oversee daily office operations and upkeep. Manage correspondence (emails, calls, letters, couriers). Maintain records, files, and databases systematically. HR & Staff Support: Maintain attendance, leave records, and staff rosters. Coordinate recruitment schedules and onboarding documentation. Ensure timely communication of policies and circulars. Finance & Compliance Support : Handle petty cash, expense tracking, and basic accounting entries. Assist in vendor payments, invoice filing, and record keeping. Support statutory compliance documentation (GST, PF, ESIC, etc.) with consultants. Procurement & Logistics Coordination: Manage procurement of office supplies and ensure inventory control. Coordinate with logistics teams for smooth supply chain operations. Management Support: Prepare MIS reports, minutes of meetings, and other administrative documents. Schedule meetings, travel, and appointments for management. Assist in vendor and client coordination as required. Key Skills & Competencies : Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Good written and verbal communication (English, Hindi; regional language preferred). Basic understanding of accounting and compliance procedures. Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision. Qualifications & Experience : Graduate in Business Administration / Commerce / Any relevant field. 2–5 years of experience in administration, preferably in agri-business, FMCG, or trading firms.
