This role requires excellent communication, a pleasant demeanor, and a proactive approach to hospitality. Key Responsibilities:1. Guest Relations & Service: Greet guests warmly on arrival with a professional and friendly attitude. Handle guest check-ins and check-outs smoothly using the PMS (Property Management System). Address guest concerns and complaints promptly and courteously, escalating complex issues to senior staff when needed. Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and providing personalized service. Promote in-house offerings such as spa, dining, events, and local attractions. 2. Reservations & Room Management: Handle room bookings (walk-ins, online, phone, travel agents, corporates). Update daily occupancy and room availability.
