Job description The entry-level role of Fermentation Technologist entails performing fermentation production tasks. which, according to batch manufacturing records (BMR), includes both upstream and downstream processes. The job role involves the following: Executing fermenter production work as assigned Initiating and monitoring the harvesting of the fermenter batch as per procedure Handling upstream and downstream equipment as per SOP.
