Job Title: Salesforce OMS Lead / Architect Experience: Total Experience: 11+ years Relevant Salesforce OMS Experience: 6+ years Employment Type: Contractual Work Mode: Remote Role Summary: We are looking for a Senior Developer Lead or Architect level professional who is very strong in technology and integrations around the Salesforce OMS system. Key Responsibilities: Must have proven experience as a Salesforce OMS Lead or Architect. Work on design, development, and deployment of Salesforce Order Management, B2B Commerce, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud solutions. Bring in fluent commerce knowledge and strong understanding of the main design patterns relevant to Salesforce OMS implementations. Lead solution architecture and integrations for complex OMS projects. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. Ensure best practices in design, development, and deployment are followed. Guide and mentor development teams on Salesforce OMS best practices. Required Skills: Extensive experience with Salesforce Order Management System (OMS). Deep knowledge of B2B Commerce, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrations. Hands-on experience with APEX, Lightning, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs. Strong grasp of design patterns and best practices in Salesforce development. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Order Management (SOM) architecture and data model. • Expertise in: o Apex, LWC (Lightning Web Components), SOQL, SOSL, Aura o Flow Builder, Process Builder (legacy), and Orchestration Flow Designer o Platform Events and Change Data Capture (CDC) • Experience with Composite API, Named Credentials, and secure API integration practices. • Proficiency in configuring and customizing SOM orchestration flows for order lifecycle events. • Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP) to ERP, payment providers, and logistics systems. • Experience with OAuth2, JWT, and named credential-based auth flows for secure communication. • Familiarity with Salesforce Core Clouds (Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud B2C/B2B, or Sales Cloud). • Deep understanding of order-related processes: fulfilment, splitting, holds, returns, exchanges, and adjustments. • Strong experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD pipelines. • Understanding of PCI compliance, SCA (Strong Customer Authentication), and fraud management in order transactions. • Knowledge of common middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi) is a plus.
