Job Summary: The Store Keeper is responsible for managing inventory, maintaining accurate stock records, handling inward and outward materials, and ensuring proper documentation and coordination with production, purchase, and accounts departments. The role requires efficient record-keeping, physical stock control, and use of Tally for inventory management. Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials as per purchase orders and delivery challans. Issue materials to production and other departments against approved requisitions. Maintain accurate stock records for raw materials, components, finished goods, and consumables. Update inventory transactions regularly in Tally and ensure reconciliation between physical stock and system records. Conduct periodic stock verification and assist in audits. Maintain proper storage, labeling, and identification of materials to avoid damage or loss. Prepare and maintain documentation such as GRNs, material issue slips, stock registers, and delivery challans. Coordinate with purchase, production, and accounts teams for material planning and inventory control. Monitor minimum stock levels and inform management for timely procurement. Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store area. Follow company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures. Required Skills & Qualifications: Diploma or graduate in any discipline (preferred). 1-3 years of experience as a Store Keeper in a manufacturing or industrial setup. Hands-on experience in Tally for inventory and record keeping . Good knowledge of material handling, stock control, and documentation. Basic computer skills (MS Excel, email). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments. Preferred Attributes: Experience in electrical or mechanical components inventory. Job Summary The Quality Controller is responsible for ensuring the quality of incoming materials and in-process production of electrical switches. The role involves inspection, testing, documentation, and coordination with production teams to ensure products meet specified quality standards. Knowledge of SolidWorks will be considered an added advantage for understanding drawings and supporting quality improvements. Key Responsibilities1. Inward Quality Control (IQC) Inspect incoming raw materials, components, and bought-out items as per approved standards and drawings. Verify material specifications, dimensions, and test results. Identify non-conforming materials and raise rejection or deviation reports. Coordinate with stores, purchase, and suppliers regarding quality issues. 2. In-Process / Production Quality Control Monitor quality during various stages of switch manufacturing and assembly. Conduct in-process inspections to ensure adherence to SOPs, control plans, and work instructions. Identify defects, analyze causes, and support corrective actions on the shop floor. Ensure electrical, mechanical, and visual quality of switches during production. 3. Inspection, Testing & Records Perform routine inspections, measurements, and functional tests using gauges and testing instruments. Maintain quality records such as inspection reports, rejection logs, and daily quality check sheets. Ensure proper traceability of materials and finished products. Support final inspection activities as and when required. 4. Documentation & Compliance Update and maintain quality documents, formats, and checklists. Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and customer requirements. Assist during internal and external audits. Ensure measuring instruments are calibrated and handled properly. 5. Coordination & Continuous Improvement Work closely with production and maintenance teams to resolve quality issues. Support quality improvement initiatives to reduce rejection and rework.
