Role Overview: As a Graphic Designer PPT Specialist at NxtWave, you will be responsible for designing visually engaging and high-impact presentations that align with the brand identity. Your designs will play a crucial role in shaping how NxtWave's vision, strategy, and achievements are communicated to partners, investors, and internal stakeholders. This hands-on role is ideal for designers who can combine aesthetics with communication strategy to deliver clear and compelling visual narratives. Key Responsibilities: - Design visually engaging presentations in Google Slides and Figma that align with NxtWave's brand identity - Translate complex concepts and data into clear visual stories using infographics, charts, and icons - Collaborate with leadership, marketing, product, and sales teams to deliver cohesive visual stories - Create and maintain scalable design systems for presentations, including templates and visual libraries - Provide creative direction to enhance storytelling across decks, reports, and digital collateral - Ensure brand consistency and visual excellence across all presentation materials Qualifications & Skills: - Experience: 2-4 years in visual, communication, or presentation design, preferably in tech, corporate, or EdTech sectors - Tools: Advanced proficiency in Figma and Google Slides - Design Sense: Strong understanding of layout, hierarchy, typography, and visual balance - Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams to translate ideas into polished visual assets - Execution: Ability to design clean, modern templates that scale across functions - Detail Orientation: Keen eye for refinement and precision in all visual elements - Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently Additional Details: NxtWave is a high-growth, mission-driven startup that is transforming youth into highly skilled tech professionals through its CCBP 4.0 programs.
