Powerplatform Developer

As an experienced professional with over 10 years of expertise, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of Power Platform solutions, encompassing Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Your primary focus will be on designing and developing intricate Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in mentoring junior engineers, providing technical guidance, and fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment. Collaboration with business stakeholders is key in this role, as you will work closely with them to gather requirements, understand business processes, and translate them into technical specifications. Continuous improvement is essential, and you will need to stay updated with the latest Power Platform features and best practices while continuously enhancing existing solutions. Quality assurance is paramount, and you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of Power Platform solutions through rigorous testing and validation. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with a total IT experience of 6-8 years, including a minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. Proficiency in Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot Studio, AI Builder, RPA, Power Pages, Microsoft Fabric, SQL, data integration techniques, Azure services, and other Microsoft technologies is required. Moreover, you should possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a proven track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines. Preferred qualifications include certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or similar, as well as previous experience in a lead or senior role within a Power Platform development team.,
