They combine technical expertise and a highly skilled workforce to provide life cycle power solutions, optimizing plant performance and facilitating their customer's progress. Role: Plant Head CFBC Industry: Power Plant Years of experience: 15-20 years Timings: 8 AM to 5 PM / 9 AM to 6 PM (depending on the plant location) Office Location: Anywhere in India Education: B.E./Diploma with BOE Monthly Salary: INR 1,00,000 to 1,50,000 Primary Responsibilities: - Conducting performance reviews with Plant Management and internal team members to ensure smooth functioning and achievement of plant targets. - Efficient operation and maintenance of all equipment, optimizing resources for the smooth functioning of power plants. - Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and providing solutions for any major critical technical problems. - Planning and executing shutdowns, ensuring successful startup within agreed timelines. - Overall responsibility for the Powerplant. Requirements for the Role: - Willingness to work in any part of India. - Similar experience working in a Power Plant is required.
