• Minimum 4-5 years experience as a

  Power Apps / Power Automate Developer

  or Specialist
• Strong hands-on experience building & deploying

  Canvas and Modeldriven Power Apps

  .
• Deep knowledge of

  Power Automate

  (Flows), including approvals, looping, scheduled jobs, and error handling
• Proficiency in

  Microsoft SQL Server

  , including TSQL, stored procedures, and query optimization.
• Experience in

  Power BI Report/Dataset integration

  , Shared datasets, Power Query / M transformations
• Strong

  data modeling

  , understanding of relational schemas and integrity
• Good command of

  JavaScript

  (for App scriplets), XRM Web API, or Power Fx.
• Familiarity with

  Microsoft Dataverse

  , and custom connectors
• Excellent communication skills, experience translating business needs to technical solutions.

Preferred / Additional Skills

• Experience with

  Power BI

  : visualizations, DAX, role-level security, gateways – this should be part of required skills, RLS and gateway can be excluded.
• Familiarity with SSMS, SSAS (or Tabular modeling) and/or SSIS as core ETL tools.
• Exposure to

  Azure components

  like Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory or Azure SQL. Coding experience like Python is also nice to have.
• Experience with SSRS/SSIS, SSAS Tabular (if applicable to dataset architecture).
• Understanding of

  ALM

  , CI/CD pipelines and managed solutions for Power Platform environments
