Job Description

Preferred candidate profile

we are looking for an Experienced Power Apps Developer with 68 years of experience in building and supporting Power Platform solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent business communication skills, and a proactive mindset for innovation and optimization. This role also involves mentoring junior team members, creating comprehensive documentation, and ensuring quality through test planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements.
Design, develop, and maintain Canvas Apps and Power Automate flows.
Provide production support and continuous improvement for existing applications.
Optimize current solutions for performance, scalability, and user experience.
Lead and mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Prepare and maintain documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), technical specifications, and user guides.
Develop and execute test scripts for validating own development work.
Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance business processes.
Ensure adherence to Power Platform best practices and governance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

68 years of hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas Apps) and Power Automate.
Strong experience in requirement gathering, business communication, and stakeholder engagement.
Proven ability to write and maintain technical documentation and test scripts.
Experience in mentoring team members and conducting code reviews.
Solid understanding of data sources like SharePoint.
Strong troubleshooting and support capabilities.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Added Advantages:

Microsoft Power Platform certification.
Prior experience in the banking domain.
Dataverse and SQL knowledge and experiance
Exposure to full-stack development technologies and practices.
