Job Description

Skill/knowledge 1. Knowledge of pre-treatment (phosphating) i.e application of coating to improve adhesion and corrosion resistance 2. Understanding of mechanism of phosphating 3. Knowledge of degreasing, de-rusting etc and chemicals used for the process. 4. Awareness and skills for surface coating. 5. Have skill to apply uniform, durable, and high quality and attractive finish after powder coating 6. Adequate awareness to produce a hard, abrasion resistance and tough coating 7. Knowledge of mechanical mixture of resin, pigments and hardening agents in powdered form.
