Job Summary

We are hiring a CRM Executive with experience in real estate customer relations and post-sales activities. The candidate will manage customer coordination from booking to possession, ensuring smooth documentation, registration, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships from booking to possession.
• Coordinate agreements, documentation, payments, registration, and handover.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests.
• Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Accounts, and Projects teams.
• Follow up on pending documents, payments, and registration formalities.
• Maintain customer records and update details in the CRM/ERP system.
• Prepare customer status and pending activity reports.

Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in Real Estate CRM or Customer Relations.
• Good understanding of real estate post-sales processes.
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP software.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
