Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic PGT – Physics Faculty to handle coaching for JEE (Main/Advanced) and NEET aspirants. The ideal candidate will have a strong subject foundation, proven teaching experience in competitive exam coaching, and a passion for guiding students toward academic excellence and top ranks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive and engaging Physics lectures tailored to JEE/NEET syllabus.
• Design and implement effective teaching plans, assignments, and assessments for concept clarity and exam readiness.
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide individualized mentoring to students.

Prepare question banks, test papers, and detailed solutions aligned with JEE/NEET patterns.

• Track student performance regularly and provide feedback for improvement.
• Ensure classroom discipline, motivation, and active participation.
• Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for curriculum updates and test schedules.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Postgraduate in Physics (M.Sc. / M.Phil. / Ph.D. preferred).
• Prior experience in reputed JEE/NEET coaching institutes is highly desirable.
• Strong conceptual knowledge of Physics and exam-oriented problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to use digital tools and interactive methods for teaching.
• Passionate about mentoring students for success in competitive examinations.

About the Institutions:

PSG Public Schools is a co-educational high school located on the Avinashi Road, Peelamedu, Coimbatore, India. The school was founded in 2002. The senior school was inaugurated in 2009. It educates students from Pre-KG through to the 12th Grade. PSG teaches to the Central Board of Secondary Education.
