Portfolio Share Trader

As a Portfolio Share Trader based in Kannur, Thaliparambu, you will be responsible for executing client orders and operating stock trading terminals with precision. Your primary duties will include confirming trades by the end of the day (EOD), ensuring accurate record-keeping, updating clients on their positions, and providing regular market insights. In addition, you will resolve customer queries promptly and effectively, ensuring accurate and timely execution of orders on the trading terminal. To excel in this role, you must have a strong background in equity trading and securities knowledge. Possessing NCFM/NISM certification is mandatory, along with proficiency in handling de-mat accounts. You will also be expected to cross-sell other financial products and services to maximize customer engagement. Your responsibilities will extend to activating inactive clients, encouraging maximum participation, and guiding customers to increase trading volumes and overall revenue. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in cross-selling other financial products and services to meet client needs effectively. This position requires a Full-time, Permanent commitment with a Day shift schedule.
