Job Title: Sales Executive (Field-Based) – Freshers Welcome! Location: Chandigarh · Mohali · Panchkula (Tri-City) About PoPT: PoPT is an AI-powered real-estate platform built on transparency and reliability. We showcase RERA-approved projects and enable agents to upload unlimited listings—now available FREE for a limited period. Join us and help shape the future of property technology! Role Overview: As a Sales Executive, you’ll be our on-the-ground Relationship Manager, responsible for meeting real-estate agents daily and onboarding them onto PoPT. Your goal is to educate them on our free freemium model, capture their profile information, and collect listings—all while building strong, trust-based relationships. Key Responsibilities Field Visits: Visit 4–5 real-estate offices or agent locations per day (Monday–Saturday). Onboarding: Help agents register on PoPT, complete their profile setup, and choose their subscription plan. Listing Collection: Gather property details (photos, descriptions, configurations) and simply send to backend team. Daily Reporting: Submit end-of-day reports covering visits made, agents onboarded, and listings secured. Relationship Building: Act as the first point of contact—answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and maintain follow-up communication. What We’re Looking For: Freshers or up to 1 year of sales/field experience. Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi and English (basic is okay). Energetic self-starter with a “go-getter” attitude—comfortable spending most of the day in the field. Basic smartphone and internet skills for using PoPT’s app and dashboard.
