As the Creative Head, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual, digital, and conceptual aspects of political branding and messaging. Your responsibilities will include leading the creative vision and execution of all political campaigns, collaborating closely with various teams such as social media, content, video, design, and ground campaign teams. You will be tasked with developing compelling and culturally relevant political messaging, crafting campaign slogans, visual identities, and multimedia content strategies that resonate with the local electorate. Additionally, you will oversee the creation of diverse campaign materials like posters, videos, reels, memes, jingles, and speeches while ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in creative direction, advertising, media, or political communications, with prior experience in a political firm or campaign being highly preferred. A strong portfolio showcasing your creative leadership in political or social projects is essential. Proficiency in the regional language (Marathi), familiarity with local culture and political landscape, and the ability to manage visual storytelling and media content are key requirements.
