Podcast Video Editor

As a Podcast Video Editor at Metrol Media, your role will involve editing high-quality podcast videos for various platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and audio platforms. You will be responsible for creating engaging visual content, syncing audio and video, enhancing audio quality, and designing clean layouts for multi-cam podcast setups. Key Responsibilities: - Edit long-form podcast videos (30-60 mins) for YouTube. - Create short-form clips (Reels/Shorts) from podcast episodes. - Sync audio and video perfectly and enhance audio quality (noise reduction, leveling, EQ). - Add captions, jump-cuts, overlays, and B-roll as required. - Design clean and engaging visual layouts for multi-cam podcast setups. - Collaborate closely with the content and production team to maintain brand style. Required Skills: - Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve. - Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and knowledge of social media format requirements. - Experience with audio editing tools (Audition, Fairlight, etc.). - Ability to work with multi-camera footage and basic motion graphics & captions knowledge. - Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Bonus Skills (Good to Have): - Knowledge of color grading. - Prior experience in editing interview or podcast content. - Thumbnail designing skills and understanding of YouTube/Instagram algorithm trends. As a full-time Podcast Video Editor at Metrol Media, you will be working in person at the Noida location.
