Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and qualifying business opportunities, creating and managing relationships with key stakeholders, and developing sales strategies. Daily tasks include market research, lead generation, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves collaboration with the marketing team to effectively promote products and services. Qualifications Strong skills in market research, lead generation, and identifying business opportunities Proven ability to develop and manage relationships with key Intensivist , Pulmonologist, Purchase and distributors. Excellent sales and negotiation skills Experience in corporate Hospitals. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of sleep, respiratory, and critical care medical equipment is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Bio Medical Engineering or Bachelor degree in Pharmacy. Having a good experience in critical care and respiratory department as well as good relationship with them. Minimum 2-3 year experience in critical care disposable products sale.
