Urgent Required Sr. Engineer-Equipment Design and Development. Required Qualification: Diploma/BE Required Experience: 3 Yrs. to 7 Yrs. Role & responsibilities Design and development of special purpose machines, equipment's, jigs, fixtures required for wire assembly - Create alternative design concepts of special purpose equipment. - Conduct and participate equipment design reviews. - Prepare detailed design of equipment's and manufacturing drawings. - Requires extensive knowledge of 3D modelling, assembly and 2D drafting - experience in Inventor is preferred. - Requires strong knowledge of working principles and selection of automation components- like pneumatics parts, servo motors, sensors, LVDT, robots, cobots etc - Create and maintain equipment documentation - BOM, specifications, programming logic - Interact with suppliers for timely delivery of machined parts, standard components - Guide and co-ordinate for assembly of equipment's, machines, fixtures - Supports current product with continuous improvement and supports resolution of customer Understand, support, and contribute to IATF16949 by following approved policies and procedures - Must be action oriented, ethical in value, and have a strong customer focus - Must possess ability to build peer relationships as well as work independently. - Should be skilled at written & verbal communication Preferred candidate profile Experience in design & development of customised equipments, Automation Extensive knowledge on automation components, PLC programming Knowledge of different machining processes
