Key Responsibilities:  Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.  Business Development Support: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities. Proactively manage client accounts to ensure repeat business and referrals.  Project Coordination: Work closely with design and operations teams to ensure timely project delivery. Liaise with clients for project updates, approvals, and feedback.  Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team to refine strategies.  Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, agreements, and project updates. Prepare regular reports on client satisfaction, feedback, and retention rates.  Customer Satisfaction: Ensure client needs are met effectively, enhancing overall satisfaction and loyalty.
